How Do We Get Started? You don’t have to have everything perfect to get started. I will figure it out for you. Sometimes the shooting can be done all at once, sometimes not. In the spring rooms will be available but the grounds may not be ready. I will shoot the rooms first, then come back and shoot the grounds later if needed.  This flexibility puts the makes the imagery to work for right away and allows everything to be done when it is ready to be done.

I shoot more than you need, and you can decide the final size of the tour and investment you make. It is impossible to know in advance of visiting your property what it is going to take to “tell the story” and make your tour successful.

Here is what you get. Site visit, panoramic and still photography, creation of your Virtual Tour. Upload to YouTube. Still photography for other website pages in high and low resolution, so you can also use it for print and for large photo format websites, such as Booking.com, TripAdvisor, etc., etc. I can also load images onto your website, or provide them to certain sizes for your web designer. I embed the tour onto your site or provide instructions for your designer.
You have password access to the tour.
You receive weekly or monthly traffic reports.
You have ownership of all images of your property.
You have use of area images for your tour without additional fees. I retain ownership of area images.

And please take note of this: Depending on distance and travel, I may ask for lodging to be provided, usually 1 night, possibly more in the event the shooting takes longer. I will discuss this with you in advance.
